With a history of Great service, repeat and referral business has been the foundation of Knapp Realty.
Eleanor has since retired and many of our agents have also retired. Some left the business of Real Estate altogether after the decline that started in 2007.

We have some great new additions to the Knapp Realty Family and look forward to continued service to the Community!

Debi Handley, current Broker Owner and Property Manager of Knapp Realty,
joined Knapp Realty in 2001 –
(after 5 years with Century21 / MoneyWorld, where she was Rookie of the Year her first year),
then became Broker Manager of Knapp Realty and Eleanor’s business partner.

During the downturn Debi became involved with Goodman Dean Asset Management and was a listing agent for many of the foreclosed properties in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas, she performed Broker Price Opinions, Offer of Cash for Keys to Homeowners in Foreclosure and subsequent Listing and Sale of the properties.

Debi also specializes in Short Sales.

Debi grew up in Southern California, then moved to Henderson in 1995,
to begin Real Estate in the beautiful, growing Southern Nevada / Las Vegas / Henderson area.

Debi graduated from Westlake High School in Westlake Village, and went to College earning a degree in Real Estate and Finance and was able to immediately obtain a Broker Salesperson License.

When not working, Debi spends time with family & friends, and she enjoys Lake Mead boating, she loves to visit Southern CA Beach Cities, Movies, Music, Dance, Cooking and Reading.
